PHA Mission

October 30, 2009 - 10:08 PM

From March 3-21, 2010, 1 of 12 will be touring across the country holding a musical presentation to raise awareness for poverty and hunger in America.

Malnutrition is a subtle and dangerous adversary stalking the lives of millions of people, in every continent, who barely survive on the edge of poverty.  Despite the fact there is more than enough food to feed every single person in the entire world, why does malnutrition continue to be the number one killer and claim more lives than, malaria, war, and cancer…combined?  While many factors contribute to this calamity, a big reason is the lack of distribution.

This is why 1 of 12, starting in Bettendorf, IA and trekking all the way to Oregon, will be holding a FREE concert to promote this cause.  They ask for non-perishable food items as an admission fee so they may personally drive to the nearest food distribution center to unload all the donated food received from each city they visit.  Their 10 day mission will be comprised of multiple stops, from Iowa to California, at different venues in each of the 10 cities they visit.  If you are interested in assisting with the success of this mission, please CONTACT Leap of Faith Ministries today!

We (that includes YOU) as the Body of Christ have a responsibility to spread His message to everyone and anyone.  However, WE must first feed the body before JESUS can heal the soul.  Together we are His hands and feet.  Together we will make a difference.
